Event Details

We’re happy to host you from your arrival on August 4 through an exciting event on August 6. Your lodging and two full days of information-packed presentations will be at the luxury Fairmont Dallas. Ritter will only pay for your hotel room. We are not responsible for any incidentals or items charged to the room.

Attire

Welcome Reception — We want you to feel comfortable, so lace up your boots and dress casual.

Carrier Panel & Keynote — Now that the show has begun, dress code is business casual. That means no ripped jeans, sweats, workout attire, etc.

Cocktail hour & hors d’oeuvres — Throw on your casual button down and shorts or a sundress and sandals. It’s time to relax!
